First Aid at Work Requalification
This course is designed for qualified workplace first aiders who need to renew their First Aid at Work certification before expiry. The training refreshes essential first aid knowledge and practical skills, helping learners feel confident responding to real-life emergencies in the workplace.
Suitable for a wide range of workplace environments including offices, schools, childcare settings, care homes, hospitality, retail and industrial settings.
Syllabus
A range of subjects is covered including:-

Assessing an incident

CPR and AED awareness

Recovery position

Choking

Bleeding and shock
Burns and scalds -
Fractures and soft tissue injuries

Medical emergencies including asthma, epilepsy and diabetes,
heart attack and stroke -
Recording and reporting incidents
Assessment
The qualification is assessed both through practical demonstration and ongoing trainer observation.
